Graduate Testimonials

“Body flow’s approach to Aerial Yoga is so much more from the Yoga side than any other provider I’ve checked out. The course was very well structured and gave a brilliant and broad foundation to Aerial Yoga, leaving me confident to teach beginner and advanced while giving heaps of alignment and hands on assisting for students. Being able to participate, observe and teach part of a class was extremely helpful.”

“The Body Flow Aerial Yoga Teacher Training was the highest standard and I believe teaches the best practice principles in the industry. Teachers, Sarah and Sophie, are extremely knowledgable, personable and dedicated to ensuring their trainees receive comprehensive information. I can confidently say I now feel prepared to teach Aerial Yoga at a quality, professional and safe standard. I developed the awareness of holding a safe place including hands-on adjustment and dealing with difficult students is wonderful.  I enjoyed the observation of each class and the feedback discussion to polish teaching language and posture adjustments.”
