Learn to teach the specialist modality of aerial yoga
The aerial course is an intensive 7 day immersion style learning to deepen the specific teachings at our Windsor studio. This aerial training is designed to train teachers to the highest standards in the specialist modality of aerial yoga technique and teaching in a fun and inspirational way.
Upon completion qualified yoga teachers will be supplied with a certificate of specialty training in aerial yoga teaching. Other non-yoga teacher graduates will be supplied with a certificate of completion in aerial yoga pose study. This course counts towards continual professional development points for existing members of Yoga Australia.
“Body flow’s approach to Aerial Yoga is so much more from the Yoga side than any other provider I’ve checked out. The course was very well structured and gave a brilliant and broad foundation to Aerial Yoga, leaving me confident to teach beginner and advanced while giving heaps of alignment and hands on assisting for students. Being able to participate, observe and teach part of a class was extremely helpful.”

Sophie and Sarah did such a great job to support us in every stage. I’m very grateful and thankful that I have taken this opportunity to develop my teaching path and to grow.”
