Everything you need to know for your first class back

We are so happy to be back to the studio once more. We have listed the most crucial information below for us all to know and abide by for the good of all.
To ensure the safety of our teachers and community, we will be reopening in line with the government regulations that require teachers and students to be fully vaccinated. We appreciate your kindness and patience with our teachers and other students in the community as we navigate this.
Please arrive early to your first class to show your digital or printed certificate or medical exemption. You can also do this ahead of time by emailing it to hello@bodyflowyoga.com and we will update your account for you. You’ll only have to do this once – if you have any questions please reach out.

Changes we have made and what to expect

  • Class numbers are capped at 19. Please book your place in class.
  • Door opens 15 minutes before class. Please arrive or wait outside until this time.
  • Bring your own mat and props where possible.  If you do use body flow’s equipment, ensure time and diligence to clean post use.  (All cleaning equipment is provided)
  • Class booking cancellations need to be made 2 hours before class and conditions apply.
  • Silks will be hygienically cleaned post every class.  This will be done with steam cleaning, changing and/or disinfectant spray.
  • Masks need to be worn into the studio in Melbourne at this time. You can practice with them or remove them during class.
  • There is 1.5 metres spacing between all mats and a studio space of 110 square metres.  There is ample space to easily socially distance.
  • Sanitise hands on entry and exit with sanitiser or in bathrooms.
  • Teachers are allowed to provide hands-on adjustments for safety reasons but will observe social distancing where possible.

How you can help

  • Do not attend classes if you feel unwell or have come into contact with anyone who has been exposed to or has tested positive for Covid 19.
  • Wash and sanitise your hands upon entering and leaving the studio.
  • Check in using the Qr code at reception.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to get setup. If you are late, you may be turned away.
  • Be mindful of other students in the space and patient with our teachers as we give instructions
  • Practice social distancing at all times when in the studio.
  • Cancel your booking 2 hours before class if you cannot attend so someone else can take your place, every spot in class is precious.
  • Make sure your contact details on your account are up to date.
It’s a lot to take in, we know! Thanks for your support and understanding. We’ll keep you updated as changes occur and if you have further questions please contact us.
