We are pleased to be offering Sunday night meditation classes on a donation basis for the month of June focusing on the principles of calm, concentration and clarity of mind.

 

Whether you are new to meditation or have had some meditation experience, these sessions will assist you to realise the benefits of meditation “on the cushion” and in daily life.  Each week you will be introduced to different mediation techniques to help you find the one which suits you best.

 

Sessions will also provide practical advice on:

  • Meditation skills
  • Establishing a daily practice
  • Overcoming challenges experienced by meditators

 

Teacher Profile

 

Lachlan Duncan has studied meditation in Australia, Thailand and India and is a qualified Yoga teacher.  His meditation sessions combine the findings of modern neuroscience with the wisdom of the original practices and his own experience of over 20 years of daily meditation practice.

 

Having experience as a corporate executive, Lachlan is passionate about offering practices and tools which are accessible and have real benefits to people in a high stress world.

Students are encouraged to give whatever amount they feel comfortable with. All funds raised go towards our in house program that gives children with special needs access to private yoga classes.
