Sarah completed her first training 8 years ago and has been teaching full time ever since. Her classes encourage self awareness and a thorough exploration of movement, pranayama and meditation. She is passionate about guiding students to use their Yoga practice as a means to living a happier and more mindful life.
When not teaching Yoga or upside down in an aerial silk you can find Sarah at front desk managing all things related to the studio and facilitating lectures in Body Flow’s 200 hour and 50 hour teacher trainings.
