Yoga has been a large part of Emma’s life for well over 15 years. After a recurring injury she discovered a wonderful adaptive way of practicing via Body Flow Yoga with her teacher and mentor Sophie Le Fevre.
Emma has also studied with Shandor Remete and Donna Farhi, and is also inspired by the teachings and methods of Judith Lasater and Vanda Scaravelli.
Aside from yoga, Emma is a practitioner of biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Her passion for health and wellbeing has evolved form a large range of body work including – remedial massage, qigong, aromatherapy and reiki.
Emma completed her 50 hour Aerial Teacher Training with Body Flow Yoga in 2015 and has an intuitive style of teaching that encourages her students to listen to their bodies. Her classes range from a strong, energetic approach through to a restorative, nurturing feel.
