Following an injury with rehabilitation through Pilates, Nick has practiced yoga for 3 years and completed his 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Body Flow team. He has a calming approach to teaching, focusing on safe alignment and mindful movements. His style of class can be enjoyed by all Yogis from beginner to advanced, and helps foster a sense of inner awareness and connection for a more balanced life on and off the mat.
