Kriya is an ancient practice utilising pranayama, mudras and mantra based techniques to rapidly accelerate positive change. It enables us to take control over our pranic energy by mentally drawing it up and down the spine.This class was filmed at the Body Flow Yoga studio in Windsor. Please work at your own pace.
