Join us in the studio as sound alchemist Phoebe (IKSRE) and Sophie guide you through a 75 minute aerial deep release practice and live sound bath journey.
Experience the relaxing tones of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, handpan, gongs, chimes and voice while you move through a slow, supportive and deeply releasing aerial practice that finishes with a sound bath cocooned in the silks.
Sound healing is a practice of relaxation and rejuvenation that combines ancient wisdom and instruments from around the world and throughout the ages, with modern science and a little bit of magic, to heal mental, physical, and spiritual ailments.
We encourage you to arrive early to settle in and relax.
