Chris’s love and passion for Yoga seeps through the seems of his life, extending from each class he teaches, to each moment he spends on his mat exploring and discovering the depths of what a Yogic practice and lifestyle has to offer.

Chris’s love and Joy for yoga has led him for many years into different styles and depths. He has studied and taught internationally across the United States, Australia, India and Thailand. His travels have inspired him to bring an awareness into practice ranging from yoga therapy, advanced asana, to traditional yogic cleansing techniques in order to fully teach and facilitate a peaceful, authentic Yogic practice.
