Relieve stress and anxiety before Christmas with the practice of yoga nidra. Also known as ‘yogic sleep’, we’ll explore this guided relaxation technique as a way to release muscular, emotional and mental tension in the body and connect to our deeper selves. We’ll include some restorative asana and move through the koshers or layers of the self in this healing practice.
