Be guided by Emma through a deep immersion into the yin practice with slow, long held yoga poses to allow us to connect to the deeper tissues of our bodies, the fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints.
These longer holds have a number of benefits including; increased circulation to connective tissue, remoulding fascia, strengthening joints and increasing the flow of chi along the kidney and bladder meridians. over 2 hours go deep into the body through a yin practice finishing with a lovely, long savasana and meditation. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
