Start 2019 by learning the art of sankalpa or intention setting. This practice is encouraged in many yoga classes and is great to use in our whole lives. Sankalpa is different to a new years resolution as it works with the premise that we already are who we need to be. The practice gets us to listen inwardly to our heart felt desires and learn to channel our energy to this end.
In a 2 hour workshop, we will uncover our deeper desires in this life through a practice of relaxation, meditation and listening. We will create a conscious statement or sankalpa to clarify and bring our desires to life. This workshop will involve journaling, asana, yoga nidra and meditation.
