Explore being on your hands and the different ways we can approach a range of arm balances with Naomi. Learn techniques to assist you in class and to practice at home. Understand how to create structure and strength in the upper limbs and how to break down these postures into manageable steps.
This workshop will focus on strength and movement in Yoga. Moving through the foundations of arm balancing into transitions and deeper postures. The aim of this workshop is to have fun, explore your movement and hopefully start to bring arm balancing into your yoga flow. All levels welcome.
Saturday 31st of August, 3pm – 5pm, $50 for casual attendance, $30 for body flow members.
