Enjoy a 2 hour practice with slow deep stretching with muscular and myofascial release. Use high silks to hang and create more space in your body. Develop focused breathwork to calm your mind, refresh your nervous system and leave feeling light and lifted. Led by Sophie, this workshop includes some additional yoga cleansing practices.
